Resonate’s executive team is composed of experienced instructional designers with more than 20 years’ experience developing performance and training technologies, and providing Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support and staff augmentation for the DoD, IC, Federal law enforcement, and first responder training communities.

Our leadership’s strategic direction for Resonate focuses on delivering superior solutions that optimize performance, fostering a collaborative culture of empowered and inspired teammates and entrepreneurs, while advancing innovation in performance and training technologies around the globe.

Our team of project managers, instructional designers, graphic artists, video specialists, 3D modelers, simulation and app developers, programmers, and subject matter experts are motivated, experienced, and formally educated in their areas of expertise. We empower our team to solve problems and make decisions to accelerate response and delivery times and support emerging needs of our customers and their users.

We are committed to mentoring transitioning warriors and their spouses who have a desire to be an entrepreneur and/or who want flexible work arrangements.
