Resonate Learning designs and develops interactive training and intuitive performance support solutions that stand alone or complement existing training. Our solutions increase retention and improve readiness by designing for users’ needs and preferences, and developing innovative, engaging solutions that are tailored to how your users learn and access technology.
Studies have shown that 70% of what people learn during traditional training is forgotten within 24 hours. To combat this challenge, we specialize in the design and development of performance support solutions in addition to training. We perform an analysis to determine the areas where users have the greatest challenges and break down information into smaller, digestible pieces that is accessed quickly and easily, then prepare solutions that are available where and when users need it.
Performance support increases your users’ ability to recall information from 30% to 90%. Their performance improves, and they are more confident in their ability to solve problems. Readiness is more easily maintained.
We design and develop a variety of solutions, including but not limited to:
- Job aid apps
- Web-based training
- Interactive user manuals
- Mobile decision support tools
- Deployable simulations and games
- Augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR)
- 3D equipment troubleshooting/maintenance apps, and more
Developed at the Speed of Need
With a one-week turn around, we designed and developed an Android performance support tablet app that includes approximately 40 micro-learning videos for eight prototype technologies. The app and tablet were shipped with the new technologies for operators to use in the field.
Complementing Web-based and Instructor-led Training
To complement a face-to-face training offered by the Department of State, we developed a web-based course to serve as refresher training. We also created two mobile apps to serve as performance support and to supplement the refresher training. One app focuses on how to use a fire extinguisher with an emergency sequence that runs every time you open the app. The other app focuses on how to use an emergency escape breathing device (EEBD). Both were native apps built for Android and iOS.
Conveying Complex Information
We designed and developed an 8-hour web-based course and resource for HAZMAT technicians and procurement professionals in the first responder and defense communities to assist in making the proper selection of personal protective equipment (PPE) prior to conducting a mission.
